Softwell provides technology outsourcing services, connecting US businesses with vetted technology professionals for software development, artificial intelligence, cloud engineering, data engineering, digital transformation, and IT security projects. Service engagements are governed by separate service agreements executed between Softwell and each client.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cass County, Missouri, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
